When you make a purchase with B&B, we promise you a special advocate — your account representative! Your account service representative will provide training, preempt problems, monitor your account and help in any way. This is your personal, accountable point-of-contact.
B&B guarantees you five years of continuous performance on your office system. We have so much confidence in the manufacturers we represent that we guarantee that your imaging equipment will perform for five years or the manufacturers’ life expectancy, whichever comes first, provided it is continuously covered under our maintenance contracts and used in normal office conditions. If we’re unable to repair your system at your office, we will provide you a loaner until the repair is complete.
When you invest in a product from B&B, our service department is part of the deal. Under our maintenance agreement, if your equipment is ever inoperable, we guarantee a service-response time of four business hours from the time you place your call to the time a technician arrives at your office. (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
At B&B, we support your office systems all the time, not just when it’s convenient for us. We guarantee to provide emergency copier service anytime, day or night, seven days a week. Special rates apply for service outside normal business hours.
We’ll provide you top-quality supplies at considerable savings. Since B&B only carries manufacturers’ authorized products (OEM) for your copiers, you can rest assured that you will never receive inferior supplies that can impair your system’s performance.
